For registrations or product purchases, we ask for your name, address, e-mail address, telephone numbers, child’s name, gender, birth date, school and grade and how you heard about us. If relevant to the wellbeing of your child, we will also ask you to provide any health information or concerns that we should be aware of.
If you're purchasing a product or service, we may request financial information such as your credit card number and expiry date. Any financial information we collect is used only to bill you for the products and services you purchase. Your credit card information may be forwarded through our bank merchant services provider directly to your credit card provider. We do not store or retain your credit card number.
